NE Tool Repair is an independent power tool repair business serving Newcastle upon Tyne & the North East. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a repair enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, tool brand and model, your description of the fault and your preferred contact method. We also keep a technical record of the connection used to send the form (IP address) to help stop spam.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the repair. We rely on your consent and on taking steps at your request before any repair agreement. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored securely by our website hosting provider and emailed to us through an email delivery service so we can respond. These providers only process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any repair that follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small item in your browser to remember that you've closed the cookie notice.
